Comic Script

The story will follow a man who lives in China called Jonathon. In the beginning we have Jonathan. Jonathan  is a man who wants to live a better life than he already is so he decides to move out. Jonathan decides that the place he chooses will be Canada so he takes a boat there. Once he arrives, he gets greeted by a Canadian man who is looking for Chinese men to hire. The man employs Jonathon in order to work on the Canadian Pacific Railroad, specifically to put in and hammer down nails in the track. Next we then see them working hard and trying to put nails in the railroad. we view Jonathan and his fellow co-workers who work hard. They all try to get things done and when Jonathon finishes, he is excited to finally get money. Jonathan goes up to the person who is giving them their money and receives his pay but he then sees that it’s only 1 dollar and he asks why it's so less. The person giving Jonathon the money says that they pay 1 dollar per day and to go away so Jonathon sadly goes and we then see him walking his way to a shop where he asks the seller how much for a sack of rice. The seller says 1 dollar. Jonathan is unhappy but he needs to eat so he can work every day.  Afterwards, he walks to his tent he has set up but on the way he gets discriminated against, he ignores it and reaches his tent where he then eats and then sleeps. The next day shows Jonathon working again. They hit nails till they reach the start of a mountain. Jonathan looks at it and asks what to do now. He then gets handed one stick of dynamite and is told to throw it at the mountain. He does what he is told and then the dynamite explodes the mountain, clearing up the path and letting them put down more nails. We then have a time skip showing them finishing up. They are putting in the last nails when they get told by one of the Canadian employers to go away. They are not allowed to view the last nail being put in so they walk away and then we cut to afterwards with the chinese workers gathering up in a group and being happy that they finally finished. To celebrate this moment, they all decide to take a picture of themselves in front of the train and that's when the story ends.
